Treat employees like people instead of cattle. TRY to communicate to employees about changes in policies from corporate. Maybe talk to employees privately instead of berating them in front of others. Have some accountability instead of giving the run around to employee questions.

Co workers are very knowledgeable and welcoming. Even when employees are stuck waiting around for permits and permission to work they are constantly forced to work over there shift and weekends on occasions because of poor communication with cargill and cw mangt they try to make the best of it.

I feel the most happy when there is positive callobarations with other contractors. Thankfully i have a great account manager the same can not be said about cw maintenance side of things. Truthfully shes the only reason im still here. If i worked on the other side of things id quit tomorrow.

Management needs to get employees more involved with change and overall KEEP US IN THE LOOP. Have more value for your employees and give positive reinforcement. Because you only ever hear of the negatives. I refuse to believe a company can be so out of touch with its staff but here we are sadly...

I feel undervalued when we promote employee wages for unskilled trades but you dont bump the skilled workers who keep the facility functioning. Also Currently six months past our yearly raise and no hope of it being retro paid. Its a joke at best how can a company be so out of loop with its employes
