I work for a 3rd party under prime flight which suck becuse my air port only does 3rd party

Being a stewardess, then flight attendant, is not the fun it used to be, due unfortunately to security needs, but it's still better than other work. You rarely have to take work home with you. You can still work hard while having fun with passengers & crew.

Young with NO personal business experience or life experience. Makes poor decisions so they can at least say they are in charge. Because of their lack of experience, the decisions are lacking in common sense, basic skills, and lack of reasoning.

Overall there is no incentive to work hard and be a good employee. I get paid the same as crappy works and my efforts were not noticed or appreciated. If you are a hard worker you’re just expected to do more.

The Flight Benefits are probably what I like best about the company. The front line employees are fun and generally work great together. Mid management at the station is fairly close knit and there is a good ole boy mentality among them.
