Work from home. It should be 3 to 4 days at home, 1 or 2 days in office. Employees would be happier, the company would save a lot more money not having to resources for people in the office. You said we knocked it out of the part in 2020-21, so now we are punished for our hard work?

He have to know and understand the Job that the team have to work, he always added the job that should not belong to the team to team and make team struggle and workload. He never listen what the team want. everybody in the team feel really bad on how he manage the team.

A good leader takes responsibility for their leadership or lack thereof. They understand that their words, actions or inactions affects the people they are supposed to lead. Building trust is a foundational skill for leaders. Honesty, clarity and behavioral predictability. Invest there.

There seems to be a lack of strong product vision at the SVP level. A lot of the requests we get from the business seem idiosyncratic and not clearly aligned to larger corporate initiatives. There also seems to be a lack of strategy in integrating our sister companies into our customer experience.

Communicate with each other and x-functionally. The leaders need to learn to communicate and understand how the company works at a lower functioning level. There are so many new leaders that really do not know how processes and systems work x-functionally.
