Take the cap off our pay, have events, holiday party's. some chairs for the ppl that have to stand at a computer for 8 in 10 hours should be able to rotate from sitting and standing in one spot for a long period of time as long as they getting the job done staying on tasks and meeting production

Fanatics talks the talk, but doesn't walk the walk. Everyone I've spoken to works CONSTANTLY - even on PTO. 12+hours days are the norm, expectations to be "on call" over the weekend, there is no disconnect from this. I feel like Fanatics really doesn't care if they burn people to the ground.

Don't just TALK about being here for the people. Actions speak much louder than mere words. Free lunch and happy hours are great...but not so much when the environment is toxic. Managers don't know how to TALK to people...being condescending and obnoxious doesn't get you anywhere.

HR needs to think employee is not a daily labour. pay structure should not be based on what his previous salary and should not be offering high salaries when they want to quit. it should be based on how much of work he is putting in and his skills.

The culture is toxic and negative....give employees opportunities to grow and learn. Trust them to do their jobs and they will feel valued and rewarded. there is a lot of backbiting with leadership. My boss does not have my back. He tells me to do one thing and then goes behind my back.
