From the founder down, they are all public figures within the industry and are all aligned on our mission, vision and the process on how to execute.
My leaders are considerate of my contributions to both my team and the company as a whole.
Review from Customer Support Dept
The ability to voice opinions without feeling judged. Scheduled meetings and check in's to make sure we are content and to make sure we don't need anything. They are very genuine and welcoming
Review from HR Dept

I like that our local leadership team meets regularly and discusses current projects, what needs improvement as well as things we are doing well. We discuss clear goals for both short term as well as long range.

Review from Operations Dept
Paying better wages, theyre too low for being forced to work in the office & not from home
Review from Marketing Dept
This place is treated as a frat house to senior management, while not caring about the lives of the "average" worker. We minimize home life balance, which is what I was promised when I made the decision to leave my former company to come here.
Review from Operations Dept
Work from home. It should be 3 to 4 days at home, 1 or 2 days in office. Employees would be happier, the company would save a lot more money not having to resources for people in the office. You said we knocked it out of the part in 2020-21, so now we are punished for our hard work?
Review from Marketing Dept
communication, professionalism lacking. favoritism and poor people skills
Review from Admin Dept

Review from Engineering Dept
He have to know and understand the Job that the team have to work, he always added the job that should not belong to the team to team and make team struggle and workload. He never listen what the team want. everybody in the team feel really bad on how he manage the team.
A good leader takes responsibility for their leadership or lack thereof. They understand that their words, actions or inactions affects the people they are supposed to lead. Building trust is a foundational skill for leaders. Honesty, clarity and behavioral predictability. Invest there.
Review from Engineering Dept
There seems to be a lack of strong product vision at the SVP level. A lot of the requests we get from the business seem idiosyncratic and not clearly aligned to larger corporate initiatives. There also seems to be a lack of strategy in integrating our sister companies into our customer experience.
Review from Design Dept
Communicate with each other and x-functionally. The leaders need to learn to communicate and understand how the company works at a lower functioning level. There are so many new leaders that really do not know how processes and systems work x-functionally.
