The systems used in the company are very very behind in terms of where they should be for the company's growth. Every thing is manual, and every thing has be to manipulated in Excel to get accurate. The systems are the main driver of my negative view.

We have a relatively big team working on a relatively small problem. While there is plenty of work that theoretically needs to be done, it's not clear what would really move the needle and it's hard to avoid stepping on other's toes. I try to find work to stay busy, but it's hard to stay engaged.

Work is siloed so that there is little collaberation. Limited communication between departments. Broken processes. Do not have regular one on ones with management. Isolated from the majority of the department with no opportunity to connect virtually or in-person.
