We've had an issue with one member of the team, it has been thuroughly documented, not only about her rudeness and defensiveness, but also about her poor job performance. ER has done NOTHING to help us.

My supervisor Vanessa Chavez has been emailing employee relations several times for months now, and hasn't received clear guidelines about bonuses or even raises for my fellow senior Shaylene Gilkison who was promoted and NOT compensated. Us 3 have raised our project and haven't been compensated

My manager Cindy Garret is absolutely overwhelmed with other accounts and has little to not time for the project I'm hired at. Our project E&O for Medi-Cal Rx is having a difficult time with members of the team and ER has only complicated things. would be happy to chat about it-Paola Barajas
