The best change to come in my short time here was to move Toni off the 10th floor; she's rude & unhelpful. Onboarding was a bit of a mess, having teams spread across different offices, its obvious one hand doesnt know what the other is doing. Consider awarding all PTO at the beginning of the year.

Stop posting pay levels for NY to job postings-its very misleading. This company is not market competitive; I took quite a pay cut to join. Scott & Allan both eluded to keeping staffing low and producing more work-you WILL lose people with the low pay and high expectations.

I'd also like to suggest that anyone with a manager title or higher be provided an office as the excessive meetings are a hinderance to those working in close proximity. Not only is the noise level excessive, sensitive information is overheard
