In 2023, we are receiving an additional week of vacation each year. Healthcare premiums are paid in full after five years with the company. Generous sick leave, parental leave and family planning benefits.

They make you feel under value because the want you to work for m Minimum wage while we have to do so much with a cut in staff, we supposed to have five Porter we reduce to 2 to handle a high rise building

Revisión Publicado hace 4 años

There is lots of work for little pay and we are forced to just make things happen with the budget that we have

Revisión Publicado hace 4 años

Higher pay, my manager constantly putting me down degrading me as well as discriminates towards

Revisión Publicado hace 4 años

I have had almost no training for my position and am never at my home base in order to recieve any. My managers communication skills feel none existent, and more often than not I feel excluded and left in the dark.

Revisión Publicado hace 4 años

I work extremely hard and i gave to use my personal cell phone

Revisión Publicado hace 4 años

I was promised an assistant manager position and a rate of pay that has never been provided and now the manager is not paying out my commissions in retaliation for me voicing my concerns regarding some breaches in ethics

Revisión Publicado hace 4 años

More transparency for starters. Certainly an element of who you know not what you know.

Revisión Publicado hace 4 años

Getting paid for the amount of work we do

Revisión Publicado hace 4 años

In Property Management, we require resident's to make 3x the monthly rent. As a Leasing Professional, I don't even make enough to live at the property I work at. Overtime isn't allowed and weekends are required. I wish weekend pay was higher than weekdays as well. Working Christmas Eve is wrong.

Revisión Publicado hace 4 años

Our mental health and well being is not prioritzed. Even if you take necessary medical leave, they will not guarantee your job. It would make me feel more valueable if pay started at $20 for entry and increased by 5-10% each year based on performance. One more week of vacataion and paid maternity.

Revisión Publicado hace 5 años

Pay could be increased reflect city cost of living

Revisión Publicado hace 5 años

I feel like I should be making more at this company for the amount of work I completed. Especially having had a college degree with experience.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Administración · Publicado hace 5 años

My hourly rate was very fair. However, a supervisor or coworker can not be held to a different set of standards. You can not expect to be told how to do a job a certain way by a supervisor. Then the supervisor not do it at all or differently. Do as I say not as I do. Does not work.

If raises were fair and employees were treated equally

Treated like im a child . If we had a new manager

Revisión Review del Departamento de Ingienería · Publicado hace 7 años

Getting paid fairly for oncall weeks. Living on-site doesn't mean we are oncall all the time. Paid minute for minute when off-site guys get paid one hour minimum.
