Does Greystar drug test or do a background check?
No Greystar does not drug test as a condition for 99% of positions. Certain positions like drivers at our Active Adult or Student communities will have drug tests as a hiring pre-requisite. All Greystar candidates must pass a national background check prior to start.

Good. We are only required to work overtime during turn.
