What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are extremely supportive on the Active Adult side.
They listen to the feedback ans actually make changes to better the overall team member experiance.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hiring based on competency not image. Hold all accountable, not just select few. These "leaders" are the worst.
Communication, retention, inclusiveness, sufficient staffing.

They have to be more fair
Being honest and transparent with their team members because there's a lot of foul players going on right now, not necessarily everyone but majority of them
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Personally it was the housing compensation
It was great before they took away ACM quarterly bonuses.
Pay is fair for industry standards

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be paid on skill set and not who you know

They make you feel under value because the want you to work for m Minimum wage while we have to do so much with a cut in staff, we supposed to have five Porter we reduce to 2 to handle a high rise building

They need to find people who want to work

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Benefits are great. Lower management is atrocious and a cancer that never stops spreading.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop the favortism . Hire more professional people. Too much gossipping from upper management in NY. They have group chats and talk to other employees about everyones business. Focus on LEARNING about rent stabilized vs Market. Cant even scan checks. A joke.

I just don't feel like I have a place to let someone know about onsite Managers that is anonymous. Pay also needs to improve. Like I mentioned, my income here doesn't even qualify me to live at the place I work.

There were no 8 rounds . Straight to the point

Meet them face to face.
do not allow the onsite managers to interview as they lie to gain the employees trust and then fail to meet the promises they make to the employee

Coworkers are very helpful, management needs to be held responsible for creating a hostile work environment.
I love working remote! I also work wi fantastic people.
The people, the impact we are having on the housing industry.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Hire better managers for the company
I am treated unfair I am discriminates against I am talked down to or expecting me to know certain work precess that was not part of my training. The manager needs proper training to be a manager she is very unprofessional and child like
Donot complete work orders in timely mannee
Our general manager comes to work with a negative attitude and threatens us with write ups and termination. Constantly complains about maintenance blaming us for everything to the rest of office staff.
