They are extremely supportive on the Active Adult side.
They listen to the feedback ans actually make changes to better the overall team member experiance.
They listen and empower our team
Transparency and empowerment are seen every day
Everyone communicates proficiently. Working here is great
Hiring based on competency not image. Hold all accountable, not just select few. These "leaders" are the worst.
Communication, retention, inclusiveness, sufficient staffing.
Review from Operations Dept
Modernizing technology and culture. Stop operating in perpetual crises
They have to be more fair
Being honest and transparent with their team members because there's a lot of foul players going on right now, not necessarily everyone but majority of them
Personally it was the housing compensation
It was great before they took away ACM quarterly bonuses.
Pay is fair for industry standards
Low insurance premiums, paid phone
401k match is higher than most
To be paid on skill set and not who you know
Not notes to include here
Payment , no 401k options
Better leaders , more mentoring.
They make you feel under value because the want you to work for m Minimum wage while we have to do so much with a cut in staff, we supposed to have five Porter we reduce to 2 to handle a high rise building

They need to find people who want to work
Have a professional attitude, train me efficiently, taught ethical conduct
Communicating important information throughout the office so that the agents can assist the residents and prospects reaching out to us.
Benefits are great. Lower management is atrocious and a cancer that never stops spreading.
People listen , work together and have dun
The culture is amazing. Work hard play hard
Residents such lovely people i enjoy doing my job everyday because of them
It's nice to be at work with all the positive energy
Stop the favortism . Hire more professional people. Too much gossipping from upper management in NY. They have group chats and talk to other employees about everyones business. Focus on LEARNING about rent stabilized vs Market. Cant even scan checks. A joke.
Populate the team with better management.
Equalism teamwork hard work respect
Hire more Hispanics n other race
I just don't feel like I have a place to let someone know about onsite Managers that is anonymous. Pay also needs to improve. Like I mentioned, my income here doesn't even qualify me to live at the place I work.
There were no 8 rounds . Straight to the point
Non, managers hide their true side until things doesn't go their way.
Getting hired was great. Thanks.
I enjoyed the interview, wasn't stressful. Good feedback
interview was smooth all questions answered
Meet them face to face.
do not allow the onsite managers to interview as they lie to gain the employees trust and then fail to meet the promises they make to the employee
Just to make it more sincere in genuine
Review from Engineering Dept
No change they will hire anyone and treat them bad
Actually hire people that can do the job
Review from Operations Dept
Coworkers are very helpful, management needs to be held responsible for creating a hostile work environment.
I love working remote! I also work wi fantastic people.
The people, the impact we are having on the housing industry.
Knowing I will always be helping others and meeting different people
Industry experience and ability to learn in a multifaceted tole
Review from Operations Dept
Hire better managers for the company
I am treated unfair I am discriminates against I am talked down to or expecting me to know certain work precess that was not part of my training. The manager needs proper training to be a manager she is very unprofessional and child like
Donot complete work orders in timely mannee
Our general manager comes to work with a negative attitude and threatens us with write ups and termination. Constantly complains about maintenance blaming us for everything to the rest of office staff.
Review from Operations Dept
From upper management. Upper management and managers have each other’s backs, everyone else is left to fend for themselve
