My PM is understanding and kind, but I often do work my managers don't do while I'm off but I do it for them when they're off. My AM is rude and often makes situations with residents worse. He often uses inappropriate language and I don't know where to report while remaining anonymous.

They can work on creating a friendlier atmosphere for coworkers and residents. I had to leave because of the hostility.
