- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Stop the favortism . Hire more professional people. Too much gossipping from upper management in NY. They have group chats and talk to other employees about everyones business. Focus on LEARNING about rent stabilized vs Market. Cant even scan checks. A joke.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Hiring based on competency not image. Hold all accountable, not just select few. These "leaders" are the worst.
