I am treated unfair I am discriminates against I am talked down to or expecting me to know certain work precess that was not part of my training. The manager needs proper training to be a manager she is very unprofessional and child like

Our general manager comes to work with a negative attitude and threatens us with write ups and termination. Constantly complains about maintenance blaming us for everything to the rest of office staff.

There's no consistency, and corporate simply does not listen to the onsite team members. When things are reported, they go uninvestigated; swept under the rug, per say, and you simply do not have a voice. I feel that minorities are treated differently then are white co workers.

As previously mentioned, change. My supervisor was not comfortable with change. He is concerned more about "having time" to do something. Rather then addressing ongoing issues. Hes not making decisions that are best for the complex. Rather for his own work load. Talking behind people's backs ugh
