Greystar Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are extremely supportive on the Active Adult side.

They listen to the feedback ans actually make changes to better the overall team member experiance.

They listen and empower our team

Transparency and empowerment are seen every day

Everyone communicates proficiently. Working here is great

They are understanding and motivating

Nothing to add in this space

They ensure you are heard in feedback

Leadership is very helpful. There is always someone there to help.

They will get you what you need

Review from Operations Dept

Always available for assistance. Constructive and helpful in every way.

Anytime, I have a question they will stop what they are doing to help me and answer it

They are really supportive and hands on:

They show appreciation for the work that I do.

Stearn, but looks at situations from a respective view. Cares about people and situations.

They're all about teaching and promoting and helping people to be the best they can be!

Awesome leadership team to work with

Well organized and great attitude

They're alright. It's a feeling of indifference at this point

Accessible and friendly. They lead by example and prioritize the health and wellbeing of their employees.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Hiring based on competency not image. Hold all accountable, not just select few. These "leaders" are the worst.

Communication, retention, inclusiveness, sufficient staffing.

Review from Operations Dept

Modernizing technology and culture. Stop operating in perpetual crises

They have to be more fair

Being honest and transparent with their team members because there's a lot of foul players going on right now, not necessarily everyone but majority of them

Managers need to learn to be nice to their employees and their residents

Listening to their people's concerns not jumping to conclusions

Proper training, maintaining professional attitude and environment, no to discriminate because they get reprimanded for mistake that I have made due to insufficient training. Treat employees with respect and equal

Communicating and showing up to work on time.

Communication, less passive aggressive emails

ethics and adhering to company policies and federal/state/local laws regarding fair housing and state/local landlord tenant act

Leading!!! Being more into whats going on instead of Corporate acknowledgment!!

Review from Operations Dept

Wrking together as a team not make one person doo the job other don't wanna doo

Leadership needs to include the whole team, not just community managers.

Not pointing the finger at others

Take time to actually listen to what property managers and maintenance managers are saying

Literally everything. There is no support and you get retaliation if you speak up.

They need to learn how to practice what they preach. Honor the Core Values and LEAD BY EXAMPLE. I never understood why folks would say, 'if they saw something illegal at the job, they'd look away'. I now understand. Everyone is not treated the same, especially if you are a minority.

Compassion And understanding for other peoples lives

Supporting and fully training the management staff.
