Meet them face to face.

do not allow the onsite managers to interview as they lie to gain the employees trust and then fail to meet the promises they make to the employee

Just to make it more sincere in genuine

It is way too long and drawn out....ALL that work you have to go through and management doesn't enforce ANY of it. It was a total and complete waste of time.

They should have a recruiter specifically for the role of interviewing and onboarding that is not biased
