The location I work for hire people clearly not qualify for the manager position. Very disorganized. Owners are out of touch. Managers and owners are in a clic. It's like high school all over again. Managers find ways to get you in trouble. And owner uses it against you.

Hiring unqualified people to be managers. Owners are out of touch. Too full of themselves. Trust and morale is broken when owners clearly don't care about employees.

Keep it professional. There is no reason to bring your personal life into work. It makes it easier for employees to gauge whether or not you will use the conversation as a bookmark to shun us later for.

There is no benefits. The pay is absolutely god awful. You will need a second job just to keep up with money. The managers get paid a dollar extra which is still under than most managers in other places. Even if the benefits were better, I would not want to stay with the owners
