Grocery Outlet Compensation Employee Reviews

¿Cuál es la mejor parte de su paquete de compensación?

There is no complaints. I have to do a job and the compensation comes with that. Im still waiting on the raise Roberto and Zully promised me and others at this location.

¿Por qué te sientes infravalorado y qué te haría sentir mejor con respecto a tu compensación?

I got thrown away after putting so much hard work into this company

For starters, management opportunities should not be deflected due to retail store non-experience. hourly rate must be increased if more work duties are expected. Benefits such as; health, vision, dental should be provided instead of health plans offered by Grocery Outlet.

A lot of work for little pay

Get owner/operators in there that actually care about the store and employees.

I would bust my butt at this job and got no recognition while other people who slack/do the bare minimum are shown favortism/given promotions. I deserved better pay + more hours than what i was given. People who actually work there should be paid more

There are no benefits and the pay is low, even for managenent.

Its not a living wage. Even if i worked 40+ hours a week, i couldnt live off that wage.

I feel undervalued because the new owners expect us to do more work than is possible during our shift. They don't want us to work overtime, but are angry when we cant finish what they've told us. Its not a matter of us not working hard, its that they're expectations are impssible with a small staff.

There is no benefits. The pay is absolutely god awful. You will need a second job just to keep up with money. The managers get paid a dollar extra which is still under than most managers in other places. Even if the benefits were better, I would not want to stay with the owners

My boss could care less about his employees

There really is no way to feel valued as an operator.

I felt undervauled because I did so much for this job, and that they fire me for something as little as me calling in because I had an emergency, and because I was the only customer service and they dont think ahead, they didnt have anyone to "close up"

I have been a manager of all the departments at one time or another and continue to make poor wages of $11/hr

Revisión Review del Departamento de Producto · Publicado hace 7 años

We're paid minimum wage even though we've been there for years. Seniority means nothing and these newbies don't even pull their weight. They come in for a paycheck and we break our backs doing the actual labor to keep things running without any recognition for it. We're treated like minimum wagers.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Ventas · Publicado hace 7 años

if they raised the pay and got a whole different family to run the store

Revisión Review del Departamento de Atención al Cliente · Publicado hace 7 años

Being paid for what I am really worth would make me feel best. Working here for over 3 years with no pay advancement is not encouraging.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Atención al Cliente · Publicado hace 7 años

The company will pay you well under what you're worth and try to justify it because each store is local and family owned.

Revisión Publicado hace 8 años

The owners don't care so in turn the staff doesn't care. They also under pay and skimp your check and won't prove to staff how they got jipped
