What did you like most about the interview process?

It was a brief interview.

I appreciated the clarity and friendliness of the interviewers. They took time to explain the role, answer my questions, and create a welcoming environment, which made the process feel professional yet approachable.

The two (2) managers professional conduct.

She was nice and informative

Not all owners interview in the same way. The owners that hired me were down to earth, honest. They looked more at my people skills, work ethic, and willingness to learn than the gap in my resume from being a stay at home mom.

Process varied person to person. Mine wasn't bad but was uncomfortable.

The hiring manager does a good job creating a professional but inviting atmosphere during interviews.
