The support, the work-life balance and the leadership team are also human, and by human I mean how not everything is about work, we have life to us as well.

Comparing what's happening in the marketing and similar level roles, the similar level roles have higher pay and according to the market in major cities (ex. NYC, Chicago, LA, SanFran, Austin), I am underpaid. What would make me feel better about compensation is reasonable merit increase?
