Positive work-life balance along with a competitive salary and co-workers who are respectful and understanding.

Like work from home and compensation. Co-workers are great as well. I like our benefits. I think we could stand to use a few more holidays like may day, veterans day, etc. But overall quite good. I would like it if we got messaging on end of year break earlier.

Open to communication and we are nice.
Revisión
Working on good quality code.

The salary is competitive. Happy with the bonuses. Kinda wish it was slightly higher.
Revisión
Collaboration and I like the autonomy I have been given to do my job.
Revisión
We collaborate and communicate with each other quite a bit. Open about the status of tasks.
Revisión
Salary seems to be competitive and I hope as I continue to contribute my work will be compensated fairly.
Revisión
We are very open and kind to each other. We listen to each other and give each other feedback appropriately.
Revisión
I like the work from home aspect it's amazing and I wouldn't trade that part for the world. Co-workers are very kind and respectful.
Revisión
We have regular town hall meetings with them to keep us up to date on certain topics. At least HR is kept up to date.
Revisión
The global town halls and the ability to ask them questions during it. Seem transparent. I feel like they have a direction for the company that is communicated to us frequently.
Revisión
The reason I put not excited is that I think my team is contributing to bad tech. IE We have a ton of tech debt and things we need to do and we are adding onto it instead of working to remove it.
Revisión
I am not excited to work I don't think is wrong. I am excited to do things that make me happy and work isn't where I get my happiness from. It can be at best intellectually stimulating. Also, can be fun on occasion.
Revisión
Inflation has gone up quite a bit and it has eaten into my salary so that it is not the same value as it once was. I have received a raise earlier in the year but it was smaller than inflation so it just feels like my salary has gone down.
