iron mountain doesnt really enforce a customer 1st focus. districts graded by particular metrics don't allow for adjusted to clients needs on and off the field. the new territory service schedule implemented during covid and boxes being sold as "RFID" ready but not including RFID labels anymore.

The job consist of fairly hard labor, yet we get buzzed throughout our job like labrats via kinetics . we are also stressed out while driving due to samsara and having to drive EXACTLY the speed limit. 1 mile over and we are considered "speeding" and our scores lower team moral in the field
