Having a vision that we're staffed and supported to follow through on. Not constantly derailing work by pulling in new special projects and then expecting the original work to somehow magically be done anyway. Not requiring an unreasonable amount of work that can't be done within work hours.

Consistently apply bonus metrics on factors outside employees control. They then gift themselves with the bonus money instead. Not one of them would last a day in any lower level position as they know nothing about the company yet get paid 7 figures
