Review from HR Dept

advance in my development, be able to create new things and contribute to the area where I am

Review from HR Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Management continues to pile on additional work making it not possible to complete in the alloted 8 hours.

Review from Marketing Dept

I don't have any idea of where my career can grow, what's available to me for development, and how I impact others.

Review from HR Dept

The work environment is annoying and frustrating

Review from HR Dept

Clear goals from top to bottom. This is the worst company I have worked for in terms of goal setting.

Review from HR Dept

The lack of co-worker support - most days feels like a battle as opposed to coming together to deliver the best services for our customers

Review from Operations Dept

We are not very aligned globally, our processes are still in many areas local. We lack technology investments in several areas - global travel, employee filing, quality of the internet connection in the office, the quality of the laptops we give to the regular employee.

Review from HR Dept

The pace is very fast and local market requirements / specific are not considered. Alignment with Support Functions is not working well, decision are taken by Support Function that are affecting the country performance negatively

Review from Sales Dept

utilize the resources in the organization that know how to take actions that will motivate and inspire employees.

Review from Sales Dept

The pace and expectations can be overwhelming some days. I just need a break and will get one soon!

Review from Operations Dept

iron mountain doesnt really enforce a customer 1st focus. districts graded by particular metrics don't allow for adjusted to clients needs on and off the field. the new territory service schedule implemented during covid and boxes being sold as "RFID" ready but not including RFID labels anymore.

Review from Operations Dept

I observe significant disconnect between the ELT and leaders/teams VP and below. There is investment happening in new growth areas, but investment is not flowing to the foundational process and system issues that need to be resolved to create a solid platform for growth and scaling.

Review from Finance Dept

The focus on one job function is overwhelming, especially when the team is asked to let other facets of our jobs fail so that one function remains the primary focus.

Review from Operations Dept

Clear strategy & stability. When i'm saying stability i'm refering more to a clear direction, the plans and changing so often with 180 degrees turn, until you don't understand anything anymore. The same with responsabilities now are on a team tomorrow to another then back to you

Review from Operations Dept

There are silos and they decisions we are making doesn't not always align with our values.

Review from Operations Dept

It's too late for improvement. Time to move on to greener pastures.

All office jobs are set to be outsourced in the next 12 months. Nothing can make it better.

Prices are steep but services are poor.

Customer focus more trainning, adaptability to change

It can't. Iron mountain is a monopoly and will continue to exploit its customers and employees until the executives drive it into the ground and escape with their golden parachutes

Review from Customer Support Dept

Let US employees keep their jobs
