All departments should co-work as a team with the same goals

Change management, better communication from the executive leadership (we do not have any global Townhalls). Also at times questionable behaviours are tolerated.

Clean house, from the board of directors thru the director level.
Work life balance , relevant management
Fire the executives and get new board members. The ancient white mummies on the board give themselves 1500% bonuses while low level employees are given pennies and told that they should be lucky to have a job.
