I'm happy with the base pay/salary. I would say neutral/average in regard to bonus in relation to percentage to base pay. Ideally, it would be nice/extra motivation if company would provided additional RSUs each year so it's easier to retain employees as it serves/ employee who stay longer at Ivalua

The primary reason I am at my company right now is that I truly enjoy what I am building (product feature engineering) and enjoy working with my manager and team. I understand that I could receive higher compensation in my region if I decided to pursue new opportunities at my level.
