knowing that even if outside is gonna be rainy, I will still have fun through the day. Also knowing that if I fail somewhere, i'll be helped by my coworkers is quite important to me

we move in an unified group, all at a time for coffee or activities! sure we all have people we like better than others (i guess), but no one is left behind and I think it's quite rare
