In our team we can try new ways and building tools, and our manager do it too when we mention a new idea and it's the only one to have the good access to do it.

Not enough collaboration with the team in front of the clients. We have too many people between the dev (IT, extranet, product Ivalua) and the people in front of the client. We loose information and some people do some choices out of the real context and needs of the clients and teams
