Management just in top of us care about our well being in the company. At the top of the leadership, the executives still take decisions to keep the good mood of a small company, mostly by pushing some events even if it cost.

The way our compensation is increased isn't exactly link to our skill. It is more a case of if we are the best of our team or not, as our salary increase is to share between our team, and not for example our department.
