My specific team has been super welcoming since I began at Klaviyo and that has never changed. The larger Support Team is also helpful when we need to rely on each other to troubleshoot issues.

At the director level, things don't seem very collaborative. Not sure if it's because everyone is so busy but it definitely doesn't feel like we're all on the same team.

I think some of my coworkers are GREAT and ambitious and creative and wonderful to work with and then there is a crop of them who do the same job but at a much lower level. Working with them is a bit more difficult as they dont really add value or elevate the conversation
