Lots of turnover in recruiting & uneven work load (excessive in some groups). Unapologetic that you should BE HAPPY to work there. This wasn’t always the case but of late folks are MISERABLE.

Have people work together instead of against each other by constantly competing. It creates a hostile environment and lots of jealousy. I also hate the fact our numbers for metrics are shared to others.. That's personal

My peers do not care about change. They show up do "their" work and nothing more. They complain but are not willing to do anything outside of "their" work to make it better. No one recognizes anyone for a job well done or thinking outside of the box.
