What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everything. Honesty, support and listening to their employees would be a great start.

Resign and be replaced with competent insurance people.

Communication lacking. Loyalty to workers.

Actually caring about the health and wellbeing of their employees

Stop treating your employees like disposible resources

Just be careful of the supervisors who look like they're throwing claims adjusters under the bus to cover their own asses.

They lie, cheat, and steal! Employees and clients need to put Liberal Mutual in check
