Liberty Mutual Insurance Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Nothing!! Everyone is stress and their mental health is crumbling.

the boss itself positive, hence the worker also bring positive vibes

Review from Executive Dept

Uncertainty. Lots of changes except for the rates

The xultire in general is good

Diverse group on my team.

DEI at Liberty is taken very seriously and the diversity of thought, race, gender, and experience really strengthens our culture. It's the most engaged and intentional workplace I've been a part of.

The office is clean and comfortable.

Review from Finance Dept

Highly inclusive and open to new ideas

Employee friendly, and sympathetic to ones needs.

They embrace change and support one another.

Big emphasis on diversity and inclusion. Fully subscribed to work life balance mentality and promoter of employee health - both physically and pschologically.

Review from Operations Dept

Giving back to the community.

Flexibility is the best part

I work from home full time

Some employees can be rude when frustrated

The employees, the patients aren't always in the best circumstances in their life, but it is us, the employees that determine the overall environment of the company.

A lot of positive effort is made to share experiences and news from people in the company from around the world to help us understand each other better and work closer together.

The focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, it's core to the values of the company.

Great environment for people with a family.

Collaboration, transparency, training, acceptance to name the top few...

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Provide agents with a product they can feel good about and sell

Review from Sales Dept

Tim Sweeny needs to get off his high horse and actually listen to the employees that work there rather than just keep pushing his ideas that were conceived in a vacuum.

Give us manageable workloads. We need to have lives.

Senior leadership needs to stop chasing others and create a vision for what LM should be that stands out.

It all starts from the top... better management

Review from Customer Support Dept

It starts at the top.

They need to make strides towards the future

Review from Finance Dept

treat employees fairly, train managers before having people report directly to them, encourage employee engagement.

Review from Sales Dept

they should treat people equally

Review from Admin Dept

The goals are to aggressive with little to no development. When 60%+ of your teams aren’t meeting the goals it’s not attainable

Review from Operations Dept

Events for employees to engage and reduce workload

Review from Operations Dept

More resource as for as using bolt

Review from Sales Dept

Too many reorgs and moving pieces to feel informed or successful

Managers are held accountable to how other's view the company, even when it is not an objective. They have received negative behavior ratings for the same. It is retaliation. Managers are afraid to own up to mistakes with senior management, causing unfair promotions and retainment of employees.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Too much unwarranted and unnecessary change.

Review from Operations Dept

people need to be treated on merit not who you are and who you know
