The hospital i am at is wonderful with wonderful workers, but the new PTO system is awful. Less time and less flexiblity. Lots of people looking to work elsewhere.

Never see upper management. They sit behind desks and have no contact with worker bees. They only look and numbers and dictate what worker bees need to do better to get numbers up. The only patients they care about are people they know and make it a point for us to role out the red carpet.

Terrible health coverage. Forced to take 2 days off for every holiday even if the holiday is over the weekend. No chance to accrue any time off for a full vacation
