I love working at a rural hospital!
Never see upper management. They sit behind desks and have no contact with worker bees. They only look and numbers and dictate what worker bees need to do better to get numbers up. The only patients they care about are people they know and make it a point for us to role out the red carpet.
They just sent out a notice that about our PTO accrual per pay period, which is 3+ more hours below what we have been getting for the last 6 years or more. this equates to about 80 hours of PTO loss per year.
