We have had alot of trouble getting work because of the Epstien scandal. The veteran photographers are getting fewer hours than new hires and when traveling, we have to travel further than 2 hours to be able to get a hotel while others in our area get one if they have to travel an hour and a half.

For the amount of work I'm required to do In my job I belive I am definitely underpaid and have zero benefits so I belive all employees with 1 year of service or more should receive benefits also I am cross trained in every program lifetouch offers yet I have never received a pay increase for this

It is working with young children, so the environment is necessarily positive 90% of the people enjoy and care about what we do, and the other 10% are just regular nice people

Management is a huge issue mostly due to inexperienced people having photo manager positions who refuse to acknowledge or listen experienced field photographers with mire experience I've seen this the most in the LW area so I'd say management needs to be looked into with better communication

Value the employees more and listen to their input. Something as simple as not being willing to replace broken chairs does not value employees.
