We have had alot of trouble getting work because of the Epstien scandal. The veteran photographers are getting fewer hours than new hires and when traveling, we have to travel further than 2 hours to be able to get a hotel while others in our area get one if they have to travel an hour and a half.

For the amount of work I'm required to do In my job I belive I am definitely underpaid and have zero benefits so I belive all employees with 1 year of service or more should receive benefits also I am cross trained in every program lifetouch offers yet I have never received a pay increase for this

They only care about you if you have a running vehicle. If your vehicle breaks down and you cant work, they ignore you.

We need to be paid more for what we do, we do so much off the clock stuff and have to drop off mail after every job. Some have offices to go to, some dont.

I do not feel undervalued per-say, i think that we should have some sort of medical benefits for the photographers who deal with small kids, sometimes bad weather and other situations where you could potentially get sick, even when you think you are healthy.

I think I hold a very valuable position that took weeks for my background information to clear. I probably get paid the least, which is not even a living wage.
