The opening manager cancels 3rd party orders because she doesnt want to make them and refuses to take large orders, we used to get a lot of business from large companies nearby like at&t and hotels etc and not anymore.

I appreciate that the managers and owner will talk to you like people and listen to concerns, however the owner tends to make empty promises. The managers do the best they can but theres some things that they cant change without the owner.

Yes I feel undervalued. I very recently got bumped to shift lead, and a whole dollar raise yay (Sarcasm). In sacrificing my long term health in this heat for $10 an hour while keeping both this store and his other location afloat. I cant keep doing this.

We dont currently have a GM but the previous one seems to have been stealing tips. Our main manager who has been temporarily acting as GM works herself way too hard. Shes a sweetheart but is also doing 2-3 people's jobs at a time including driving when we're short on drivers (which is often).
