The interviews got rescheduled several times due to the GM pushing them, but the interviews themselves were pretty okay. It did take over a month from accepting the job to actually starting though.

The management planning of MOD deeply needs to consider what each individual store needs when it comes to staffing. It always feels like we have no one there when it's busy just because upper management doesn't think whatever time is never busy, when, it is always busy. MOD is ALWAYS busy.
