long term - sharing information is still very poor (due to tools used and due to will of different departments) becomes a little bureaucratic

It really depends what product line or department you're in. It's enjoyable, collaborative, respectful, relaxed while driven (people work hard and enjoy the work but it's not a pressure cooker). The culture is a plus here.
