My initial manager was nice. When I have tried to get a new position the other managers have been not nice and show favoritism.

Again, there is no diversity. It's uncomfortable in my skin when there are no black people or people of color who work in the same environment as you. There are no diverse managers so it is very uncomfortable.

Honor the skill set employees bring to the company. Stop using the excuse "the Northrop Grumman way". People have skills and they should be acknowledged. Its hard to feel appreciated and needed as a black American in Baltimore offices.

Everything. Inclusive environment is needed. More diverse management. Chances of growth and opportunity need to be more available. Acknowledgement of credentials such as degrees should be a thing but it is not. Low percent raises are a huge problem.

There is no diversity inclusion in Baltimore. There are little of any black contract managers. It is very discouraging not seeing anyone who looks like you. When you inquire about a raise you are told to work harder. You constantly watch your white counterparts get advanced while you are passed by.
