I feel undervalued because they rely on some matrix instead of actual employee reviews and contributions. What you actually accomplish here means nothing, it is all a numbers game.

Managers need to pay more attention to who is working on what and go to bat for team members that have the skills that might be needed elsewhere. Toot our horns people, we are HUGE assets!

I liked that I was interviewed by people that worked on the team I would be assigned to instead of just a higher up HR person. The team knows what to ask to see if you can do what they need.
