Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because they rely on some matrix instead of actual employee reviews and contributions. What you actually accomplish here means nothing, it is all a numbers game.

Because they treat us as if we're working retail by closely monitoring the hours we spend working or not working and the "open door policy" isn't all inclusive. MORE MONEY would make me feel better about my compensation.

Managers need to pay more attention to who is working on what and go to bat for team members that have the skills that might be needed elsewhere. Toot our horns people, we are HUGE assets!
