Collette at the Southlands Olive Garden in Aurora CO is the rudest manager that I (and many others) have ever had to work under. She has worked at Olive Garen for over 25 years and thinks that she can belittle & emotionally abuse her employees. So many people file complaints, yet they do nothing.

For the most part, the managers are great. The biggest issue is Collette and the way that she talks down on people with such a negative tone and she only brings negavity to the store. She picks favories and is extremely rude to good employes that just want to work. So many have quit due to her.
