I was asked to give 8% salary back in 2020, since I have received minimal pay increases, totaling approximately 11%. So since 2020 I have received 3% in pay increases while inflation has increased drastically since 2020.

Some are treated better than others. Privileged few get their families relocated, extremely highly paid, business class tickets based on their relationships. Others who add value, work completely independently don't even have the budget to travel coach or money to improve workflows.

I was working with Parker last 11 Years. I never got an increment for last 8 years( from 2013 to 2021). Thanks for giving the increment for last two years (2022&2023). The salary was 2013 to 2021 was AED 12,000.00( No Increment for 8 years)
