Princess Cruises – The customer service is the absolute worst of any company I have ever had to contact. Calls are routinely not returned. Emails that state they will be returned in 2 business days take over a week to respond. When calling on the phone, I am currently on hold for one hour and 10 minutes!!!!!!!!

Overall, I believe in the company and the product. I think they do take their call center employees for granted, and that part has gotten worse. I do, however, LOVE my coworkers

The entire middle management needs to be overhauled and staffed with individuals who are qualified, experienced and enthusiastic in their position. This is currently not the case and there are many supremely unqualified individuals in key areas that destroy either moral, experience or revenue
