We need to have more recognition form upper management. They constantly state how great the onboard teammates are but never recognize shore side.
They need to implement de developmental plans, welcome plans for new joiners and REAL EFFECTIVE SUPPORT for their employees
Need to change all the Italian as they have chain in them thay don't like any other nationality to come over
The entire middle management needs to be overhauled and staffed with individuals who are qualified, experienced and enthusiastic in their position. This is currently not the case and there are many supremely unqualified individuals in key areas that destroy either moral, experience or revenue
There needs to be more support personnel to handle issues. We tend to wait for a long time on the phones while keeping clients waiting. It feels like pressure from both sides.
