Thes mission was clear; COVID happened and now we lack transparency and clear understanding of our future. Several changes are occuring for staff, many not so desirable. Adapatbility is necessary with apositive outlook to achieve upper management vision.

Employees mean nothing to this company. Its only about what they can get from you, how they can bully and manipulate you out of taking or using benefits that are rightfully owed/earned. You only matter until they can't use you any more. Then they find a reason to let you go.

We all work together pretty well. Despite some disputes, things are resolved rather quickly and solutions are made to keep everyone happy. Sometimes it really does feel like a family

My employment process took OVER A MONTH to complete. In which time I turned down 6 other prospective employers. The OM couldn't verify drug screening and delegated me, a person of non employment yet to confirm my own UA. Very unprofessional. During my initial interview, the ADM was very distracted

Better staffing. Stop recruiting employees and promising large sign on bonues and when you dont pay out they leave. Better patient to staff ratios. The entire culture is terrible the pay definitely is under the market.
