They do not invest in people, their hiring process is tedious and embarrassing and they have cut corners and put a large burden on nurses which distracts from our day to day functioning. Horrible place to work. The only reasons I stay is the location, I love the nursing I do and my PTO.

Real health insurance - United - the insurance they moved us to this year is terrible, they deny claims, they have told me to use a different hospital other than my own
