Pay increased by less than inflation. At the same time, prescription benefits were cut, hurting people with medical problems. Overall, I'm getting less out of my benefits this year, my medical costs went up, and my pay decreased compared to inflation.

I would feel better about my compensation if it matched what I would be paid by competitors (and if it matched what I know peers in the same level are making within my own org). In short, the company should be able to prove to me with org-wide data that I am being paid fairly.

Apart from salary I feel Qualtrics should be at par if not best in other benefit to the employee for eg travel expense, health insurance just to name few in which Qualtrics is far far behind in the Industry

Qualtrics is not like gitlab where pay is connected with cost-of-living. We have absolutely crazy pay levels in Seattle and much lower in other locations. Yet, we all worked remotely for last year and a half. This doesn't make much sense.

Overall the total comp package is good when compared externally against other companies from a big picture stand point. But internal comparison of base salary levels and equity grants are a bit arbitrary, and some have to put in considerable more effort than others to leverage the "meritocracy"

I believe the market rate for my skills and experience is higher than what Qualtrics pays me. Regardless, I choose to continue working at Qualtrics because I believe the experiences and development I receive justify the compensation gap for the time being.

Limit to no stock options for most employees and no refreshers for lower levels. Qualtrics leadership just made a lot of money but the rest of its employees didn't.

promotions and advancements are on merits, which I love, it's great to reward effort. However, there is a big discrepancy on the different levels you are brought in at. So unfortunately, not everyone starts on an even playing field in the beginning, which then makes the "meritocracy" a little skewed
